USe of EMS TRAINING

Backpain
EMS training is proven in numerous studies worldwide to prevent and reduce back problems by activating deeper layers of muscle. It builds strength in weak and injured back muscles without putting any strain on your joints.

Osteoporosis prevention
According to a study by the University of Erlangen/Nuremberg, weekly EMS training prevents bone loss in the lumbar spine in particular. An added bonus: a stable back also makes walking and running safer and can thus reduce the risk of falls and bone fractures - especially in an older population.

Fat loss
EMS promotes fat loss by building muscle, which in turn helps to boost the individuals metabolism and burn fat. Weight loss with EMS training is most effective when combined with a healthy, balanced diet.

Injury rehabilitation
EMS Training can be used as a rehabilitation and preventive tool for people who are partially or totally immobilised;.

Fight muscle atrophy & build strength
Studies confirmed that EMS can increase muscle mass and improve muscle function after 5–6 weeks of treatment. With precautions, EMS can be regarded as a safe therapeutic intervention.
